We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Specialist – Surgical to join our Surgical Commercial team, covering North East Italy

Territory: Triveneto, Emelia Romagna, Toscana

Travel: 80%

What To Expect:
* Drive sales growth, market share and business performance for our gynaecological surgical portfolio and minimally invasive treatment solutions in your territory.
* Build and manage strong customer relationships with surgeons, gynaecologists and surgical teams, delivering excellent service, support and follow‑up.
* Plan and execute a structured territory strategy and call cycle, focusing on the highest‑potential hospitals, clinics and opportunities.
* Present and communicate product features, benefits and clinical value to varied audiences (clinical, technical and administrative), including in surgical settings.
* Provide in‑theatre support, offering technical product guidance during procedures in line with company policies.
* Use CRM and sales data to track performance, identify opportunities and shape your actions.
* Travel extensively across the Central Region of Italy, around 70–80% of your time.
What We Expect:
* Proven field sales or applications experience in medical devices, ideally surgical devices in gynaecology or related specialties.
* Strong understanding of the regional healthcare environment, hospital structures, customer decision‑making and clinical/surgical workflows.
* Solid sales skills across prospecting, negotiation, closing and long‑term account management.
* Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders (surgeons, nurses, administrators, procurement, etc.).
* Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software; data‑driven and analytically minded.
* Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are an advantage.
* Holds a current driving licence and is willing to travel extensively.
