When you work as a Clinical IT Sales Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you partner with healthcare professionals and internal teams to drive the adoption of our clinical IT solutions. The role is based in South Italy but is fully remote, requiring you to be in Italy and willing to travel 50‑70% of the time. Responsibilities Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments. Present product demonstrations and proposals that articulate the value proposition. Collaborate with product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre‑sales to post‑implementation. Manage issues arising during implementation and identify corrective actions to meet timelines. Build and preserve relationships with customers through ongoing follow‑up to understand their needs and advance solution adoption. Act as a trusted consultant for customers, sharing ideas for improvements and developments on Clinical‑IT products. Maintain expert knowledge of the Clinical‑IT product portfolio. Qualifications Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab Middleware, LIS). Strong customer communication and listening skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel 50‑70% of the time. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement; you will be required to work from your home in South Italy and must be ready to travel as needed.
