We really are a “Great Place to Work.” /p pFor our bTurin /b Station we are currently looking for a bField Sales Specialist /b. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pDevelop and administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for Lombardy region in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. /p h3Key tasks /h3 ul liDeliver sales objectives and revenue growth for the geographic region of responsibility. /li liSecure new business and build on existing core business through repeat orders. /li liRespond to inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products/services. /li liIdentify and contact prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business. /li liCheck and understand type and size of customer requirements, and suggest products/service/alternative products/services. /li liDevelop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and conduct product demonstrations to customers. /li liFollow up prospects, develop terms of sale and close business by connecting a customer need with a DHL solution. /li liIntroduce products and promotions to customers and deploy marketing campaigns as appropriate. /li liBuild rapport and trust with customers by being informed about their business and market. /li liCoordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations and service management for enhancing sales and customer retention. /li liSupport customer retention by staying in touch to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer. /li liIdentify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly. /li liConvince external parties such as skeptical customers, institutions, etc. who are skeptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision making process and standards are defined and mandatory. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification. /li li3+ years of previous experience in sales within freight forwarding industry. /li liAt least B2 level of English. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liProficient with Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word). /li liCustomer orientation and Problem Solving. /li liAutonomy and Time Management. /li liProactivity and energy. /li /ul h3Why join our DHL team /h3 pAt DHL Global Forwarding, you will be part of a strong team that respects its employees, society, and environment.
