Job Purpose
The primary responsibility is to develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase market share through sales and demand creation. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate Future's value and position the company competitively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global strategies and site tactics to increase revenue and profit margins.
Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
Present Future’s value propositions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
Set and monitor sales and margin budgets at each site to outperform industry and company growth projections.
Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery.
Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Proven sales success in electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, preferably with technical or business background.
Understanding of technical design processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated and team-oriented.
