Their innovative offer combines bsoftware /b (compliance and documentation tools) with bhardware /b (sensors and trackers for fridges and food storage) to help food businesses meet hygiene and safety standards. /p pAfter achieving strong traction in France, the company is now expanding into bSouthern Europe /b, with a strong focus on bSpain and Italy /b, supported by a new investment round. /p h3Your responsibilities as a Sales Manager in the field will be: /h3 pAs bSales Manager /b, you’ll play a key role in launching and developing the company’s presence in Spain. You’ll blead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives /b, drive regional sales strategy, and ensure revenue targets are met. /p pIn the first phase, you’ll also take a bhands-on approach /b, directly contributing to sales activities while building your team. /p ul liRecruit, train, and manage a local team of Field Sales Representatives (up to 6 people). /li liDefine and execute regional sales strategies to grow the company’s market share. /li liSupport your team in day-to-day activities, providing coaching and performance tracking. /li liMaintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. /li liReport to the HQ and collaborate with other European markets to share best practices. /li liParticipate actively in the launch phase, combining leadership with direct sales actions. /li liParticipate actively in the sales full cycle yourself /li /ul h3Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role: /h3 ul libExperience: /b 3+ years in sales management or senior field sales positions. /li libProven track record in /b field sales (food industry, tech solutions, or B2B services preferred). /li liStrong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate a sales team. /li liNative-level bItalian /b, with B2 bEnglish /b for communication with headquarters. /li liBased in one of the target cities (Madrid, Barcelona, or Málaga). /li liValid driving license. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 ul libBase salary: /bfrom 45\'000€ plus bonus /li libBonus: /b performance-based /li libCompany car phone provided /b /li liA dynamic and fast-growing international environment with clear career progression opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
