The responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and cutting vegetables and preparing bases
* Setting up the line for the different stations
* Properly storing food under supervision, in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
* Resetting the premises and work surfaces
* Cleaning and disinfecting utensils and equipment
Requirements:
* Hospitality school diploma preferred
* Minimum experience in the role
* Valid HACCP certification
* Attention to order and cleanliness
* Speed and organizational skills
* Flexibility and availability to work shifts
* Excellent team collaboration skills
* Motivation for professional growth
We offer:
* Seasonal full-time contract, with salary and classification based on experience as per applicable collective bargaining agreement
