The Role: Store Manager F/M - Naples

Stone Island is embarking on an exciting new chapter in Naples!

We are thrilled to announce our strategic expansion as we convert into Retail our Naples point of sale. Always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward, we are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our department store team

Our Store Manager is dedicated to delivering outstanding business results and surpassing key qualitative goals, consistently going above and beyond while motivating, leading, and mentoring the team.

Your Impact

The Day-To-Day

- Foster authentic, attentive, and enduring relationships with clients by actively listening and consistently anticipating and surpassing their expectations and needs.
- Maintain a strong focus on exceptional performance and tangible results, guided by clear KPIs, within a dynamic and competitive landscape.
- Uphold impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure excellence in corner presentation, including cleanliness and staff grooming.
- Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture where mutual trust, respect, and diversity are celebrated and encouraged.
- Identify and nurture individual talent and potential, fostering a culture centered on constructive feedback and coaching, while supporting continuous team and personal development.
- Inspire and guide the team toward shared objectives by setting clear priorities, defining responsibilities, and aligning tasks to ensure cohesive execution.
- Continuously deepen understanding of the brand’s heritage and core values, while effectively showcasing collections and highlighting key product attributes.
- Champion product innovation and technical excellence ensuring the team communicates this knowledge with passion and precision.
- Build a strong local client community by promoting brand loyalty and nurturing relationships with key clients and Stone Island enthusiasts.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

- 3–5 years of prior experience in managerial roles within the same organization, ideally within structured and international fashion luxury or retail companies.
- A degree with a focus in Retail or Hospitality Management would be considered an advantage.
- Passionate about building a long-lasting career within the organization, with a focus on development and impact.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship management.
- Displays exemplary brand ambassadorship, consistently embodying the brand’s identity, values, and image with authenticity and sophistication.
- Highly reliable, adaptable, and self-driven, with the ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with company standards and expectations.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language would be a plus.
- Deep awareness of current fashion trends and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Digitally savvy, with a flexible mindset and openness to innovative ways of working.
