About the RoleCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel Milan, is hiring a Commis De Cuisine for a full‐time position (5 days a week, 2 days off) with a start date targeted for April.Responsibilities
Support the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef in running the assigned station.Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
