This pivotal role is responsible for driving leisure business from the US and Canadian markets, elevating the hotel’s visibility, and securing new and repeat business across key segments. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs the Sales Manager for North America, you will be the face of Four Seasons Firenze in your territory, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with clients and key accounts. You will actively promote and sell our unique offerings through direct phone sales, face-to-face calls, familiarization trips, and participation in events and tradeshows. Your strategic sales efforts will directly impact the hotel’s revenue growth and market share in the competitive ultra-luxury segment. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liCultivate and strengthen relationships with major accounts to drive business and expand market share. /li liUtilize a variety of prospecting tools and company-wide sales programs to generate new business opportunities. /li liProactively follow up on all inquiries and qualify potential business to maximize transient room nights and ancillary revenue, enhancing RevPAR performance. /li liDevelop, implement, and execute strategic account plans tailored to the North American market to meet and exceed revenue targets. /li liAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through outside sales calls, site inspections, and familiarization trips within your assigned territories. /li liMaintain comprehensive product knowledge of Four Seasons properties and competitive market advantages. /li liConduct customer site inspections and sales presentations, uncovering client needs and offering customized solutions to maximize booking opportunities. /li liEnsure accurate and timely data management in CRM and reservation systems (Opera), maintaining high database hygiene standards. /li liCollaborate with global sales offices, participate in strategy and sales meetings, and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan. /li liManage and optimize sales budgets and travel expenses in line with strategic priorities. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liLegal work authorization to work in Europe is required. /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the luxury hospitality sector, preferably with experience targeting the North American market. /li liExceptional negotiation skills and strong decision-making abilities. /li liA creative and innovative approach to sales and business development. /li liDeep understanding of the ultra-luxury hospitality segment and discerning clientele. /li liFluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking); proficiency in Italian is a plus but not mandatory. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Opera PMS or similar systems. /li liStrong analytical skills and an ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect /h3 pFour Seasons Hotels and Resorts can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of: the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
