So be yourself, wherever you are, and whatever your position. /liliDevelop your personal and professional talents /liliYou thrive by associating your personal success with that of a team. /li /ulpbBut all that counts is your smile and that of our customers! /b /pulliYour day to day /liliDensify Sales dynamic for Mercure Bologna Centro and Indigo Florence, /liliLuxe of the future Indigo Firenze. /liliIncrease sales on all segments (Corporate, Mice, Leisure, Sports, Groups, B2C End Users), and reach the targets and goals. /liliEstablishes maintains and expand the customer base. /liliSet a Regional and local Sales Strategy /liliProspects new customers and create customer loyalty. /liliCanvass customers by phone and organize site inspections on both properties. /liliIncrease business opportunities through various routes, by targeting all markets (leisure, Mice, corporate, sport). /liliInteracts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. /liliAdheres to budgets and prepares monthly / revenue / expense forecasts. /liliReports weekly to GM’s and Head Office on all sales initiatives and plans /liliManages local benchmarking. /liliCompiles and analyzes sales figures. /liliMaintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. /liliWork closely with Grape HQ and with the selected inquiries /liliEnsure the best working relationship with ACCOR IHG local sales teams to maximize the sales opportunities /li /ulpMust drive business in accordance with budgets set by GM’s and RM /pulliWhat we need from you /liliStrong knowledge of market trends and target customer information /liliStrength of leadership /liliStrength of organization with high attention to the achievement of financial goals. /liliExperience in a hospitality group (or similar environments such as tourism travel, or event organization). /liliCommercial skills, determination, and creativity to develop sales. /liliAbility to represent Mercure and Indigo brands, their image, and their reputation. /liliUnderstands Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and the business travel segment /liliMust have the ability to work flexible work hours including evenings and weekends and holidays. /liliAvailable to travel frequently /liliMust possess excellent oral and written communication skills. /liliAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks. /liliPassionate and creative. /liliWorks great in a team. /liliWhat we offer /li /ulpWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
