In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and expansion for our organisation's CDMO services across Italy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted sales and marketing efforts.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs.
* Monitoring and analyzing market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services sector.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
4. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software, such as Salesforce.
5. Proficiency in English and Italian.
