We deliver end-to-end Integrated Telecom, Security, and Fire & Gas detection and suppression solutions, primarily serving the Oil & Gas and Commercial sectors. Eurocontrolli’s strength lies in its ability to manage the entire project lifecycle in-house, from Engineering and Detailed Design to Procurement, Project Management, Inspection, Logistics, Commissioning, SAT & PAT, Training, and long-term Maintenance, ensuring technically robust, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for complex international projects.
We are looking for a Solutions / Presales Engineer to join our office in UAE, in Italy or in Saudi Arabia in a full-time position. Candidates working remotely will also be considered, depending on their experience and qualifications. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Eurocontrolli’s growth in international markets by developing technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions for international tenders related to integrated Industrial Telecom and Security systems. Working in close coordination with Account / Business Development Managers and senior management, you will contribute throughout the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality techno-commercial proposals aligned with both client requirements and Eurocontrolli’s execution capabilities. xpavfwm
Identify critical technical constraints, risks, and compliance requirements Prepare RFQ packages and manage the supplier inquiry process Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor quotations Coordinate with suppliers to obtain clarifications or revised techno-commercial offers when required Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison tables Establish the project cost baseline in line with the selected technical solution and execution strategy Finalize and submit complete technical and commercial bid packages within tender deadlines Travel, from time to time, to meet vendors and attend bid clarification meetings with clients
Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Solutions, or Proposal roles within Telecom and Security System Integrators, with mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas sector Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong commercial awareness and cost-optimization mindset Willingness to travel internationally on short notice for client, vendor, and industry engagements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
