Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
- Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
2. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively.
3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
5. Ability to set clear objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote teamwork, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
