Job Responsibilities
* Achieve revenue, growth, and development targets within the assigned territory, focusing on building long-term relationships with payors such as hospitals, local health authorities, and regional health systems.
* Conduct territory sales activities, visiting specialists and stakeholders to promote our offerings and develop strategic partnerships.
* Plan and execute market-oriented sales strategies, promoting tailored, high-value solutions.
* Identify business opportunities through structured mapping of active and potential clients and public tenders in the area.
* Negotiate with payors, focusing on framework agreements and value strategies for the company.
* Monitor competitors' activities and propose tactical actions to mitigate their impact.
* Manage relationships with local health authorities, facilitating dialogue between the company and administrative, clinical, and decision-making contacts in the public system.
* Collaborate with Tender & Sales Administration to manage the entire bidding process, from proposal preparation to order receipt.
* Prepare periodic reports with detailed analysis of commercial and technical data, providing strategic insights for sales performance improvement and new development opportunities.
* Represent the company at conferences, sector fairs, and institutional events to promote our brand and products.
* Participate in training and professional development activities to maintain high technical and commercial expertise.
* Provide technical-scientific support to stakeholders through presentations and targeted meetings, including training sessions and personalized consulting for medical staff and end-users of devices.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in medical, health, or scientific fields.
* Experience in commercial roles within medical device companies.
* Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex negotiations with institutional stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of the National Health System and public procurement dynamics.
