Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the pastry section operations

- Ensure proper mise en place and smooth service execution
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards
- Support stock control and ingredient management
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or similar role
- Passion for pastry arts and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and food safety standards
