In this role, you will lead the annual marketing and communication plan for W Florence, aligning with brand standards and Marriott guidance to grow awareness and revenue. You’ll drive integrated campaigns, digital presence, PR, partnerships, and local activations to position W Florence as a premier luxury destination. You collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and regional teams to support commercial objectives while maintaining the distinctive W brand voice. Bring creativity, commercial acumen, and luxury-market experience to shape memorable guest experiences and outcomes.

- Identify market opportunities and competitive insights to boost revenue and visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Marriott teams to support commercial goals.
- Manage digital ecosystem including website, Marriott channels, social platforms, and partnerships.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, email and performance marketing; analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and guest communications.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, luxury brands, and local stakeholders; coordinate PR and events.
- Lead content creation and support signature experiences, activations, and events reflecting W brand DNA.
- Manage annual marketing budget; track KPIs and ROI; report to leadership and Marriott stakeholders.
Responsabilità
- Minimum 4 years in marketing within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, luxury retail, fashion, or premium brands.
- Experience in international luxury hotel environment preferred; Marriott experience advantageous.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns.
