How does your working day look like …
* At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic:you’ll join the Front Office becoming part of a team
* You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
* You’ll get everything ready for the shift
* You will help the Front Office in the management of groups
* You will follow a complete checklist and try to learn all the tasks
