PpWe are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Italy to help us promote and develop solar energy as a source of clean, renewable energy for all. This role involves working with our professional team to provide reliable and cost-effective solar energy solutions to global customers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liContinuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Italy and European Countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts. /li liContribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European Countries. /li liProactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. /li liIdentify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European Countries markets. Negotiation and follow up of contracts. /li liManage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company's related internal departments. /li liCommunication with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects. /li liCoordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solution, and to advise customers of delivery status. /li liMaintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities. /li liAnalyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends. /li liEnsure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily weekly / monthly / quarterly basis. /li liRepresent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences. /li liStay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ol liMinimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in an international in the PV sector. /li liBachelor's/master's in civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers. /li liProactive self-starter and problem solver. /li liStrong negotiation and communication skills. /li liInnovative dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market. /li liSelf-motivated and able to effectively manage his/her time. /li liQuick thinker, proactive. /li liPassionate in their approach to the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of the level of the clients he is addressing. /li liFlexible to travel. /li /ol h3Languages /h3 pNatives languages skills in English, Italian or other languages a benefit. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
