Business Line: Food and Beverage Department
Position Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Essential Functions
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and serves food items as necessary. Performs all duties with a focus on exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers, attention to detail and sensitivity for confidential material.
IV. Job Tasks (Duties)
1. Interacts with members and guests and conscientiously tends to their dining needs, ensuring an enjoyable club experience.
2. Assists with the sales, marketing and membership relations programs to promote the club's services and facilities to member prospects and current members and guests
3. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
4. Requests additional supplies as necessary
5. Follows set-up procedures
6. Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
7. Greets guests
8. Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Food and Beverage Manager (Club Manager)
9. Enters all drink orders taken into POS computer, collects payment for drinks served
10. Reports complaints to supervisor as soon as they occur
11. Maintains and cleans equipment
12. Ensures par stock of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries is maintained at all times
13. Maintains records as required by Food and Beverage Manager (Club Manager)
14. Cleans and lock-ups according to prescribed procedures
15. Keeps ice bins filled
16. Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Food and Beverage Manager (Club Manager)
17. Assists in set-up, clean up for special events and banquets including moving dining room furniture, banquet equipment, and setup/breakdown of folding tables and chairs
18. Other activities as assigned.
Requirements
Experience:
• 2 years bartender experience as a bartender at an upscale club, restaurant or hotel
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) of the guests who typically visit the work location.
· Must be able to perform simple math calculations.
• Must be able to operate point of sale systems, follow proper cash handling procedures and complete daily reports.
Shift:
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift

Ability to Relocate:
• Naples, FL 34120: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
