We’re expanding in Florida and looking for the right sales reps in the Gulf Coast who know the market, own the relationships, and are ready to grow them. /p pThis is not a training role. We need someone who can walk into a cigar shop, shake the right hand, and close. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liOwn and grow your territory across the Gulf Coast and the wider Florida market. /li liConduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers. /li liOpen new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management. /li liDeliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store. /li liKeep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity. /li liJoin two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face. /li liExperience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods. /li liStrong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida. /li liFluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage. /li liValid US driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. /li liBased in or near Sarasota, Ft. Myers, or Naples FL. /li liComfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay. /li /ul pYour retainer is up to USD 1,500/month.
