Company:
Sentra Energia S.p.A., a direct supplier of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial structure across the national territory and is seeking to hire an Area Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage a sales network within the region.
2. Transmit sales methodologies and guidelines defined by the company to agents.
3. Support the sales network with periodic training and coaching.
4. Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in the electricity and gas sector.
2. Experience in creating and managing sales networks in the utilities sector.
3. Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
4. Determination to achieve revenue targets for assigned tasks.
Offer:
1. Monthly fixed salary plus a highly incentivizing variable component based on team and individual performance, including recurring commissions on acquired clients within the assigned area.
