Product Manager
Qualifica Group is an established Italian consulting firm with a decade of experience supporting businesses in regulatory and competitive contexts. We are recognized as a reference partner in ISO certifications, SOA attestations, workplace safety, GDPR, and procurement procedures.
As part of an internal digitalisation strategy, we are looking for a Product Manager to help transform our proprietary software platform into an effective, scalable, and strategic solution.
Project context
We have already started the development of a proprietary manager with two senior Laravel developers and a consolidated technical framework. The goal is to translate our operational know‑how into a powerful software platform.
Key responsibilities
* Collect, formalise and prioritise functional and technical requirements from internal stakeholders.
* Translate operational needs into user stories, specifications and logical flows.
* Manage and prioritise the backlog while supporting the team in iterative development.
* Collaborate closely with the development team and help define the technical roadmap.
* Supervise functional testing and release validation.
* Promote continuous improvement through digital solutions and automation.
Required qualifications
* Proven experience in analogous roles (Product Owner, Technical PM, Agile Project Manager).
* Strong knowledge of web development environments, particularly Laravel, APIs and workflow tools.
* Familiarity with Agile, Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
* Proficiency in collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp, GitHub Projects).
* Excellent relational, organisational and hands‑on product management skills.
