About the Role
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel Milan, is hiring a Commis De Cuisine for a full‑time position (5 days a week, 2 days off) with a start date targeted for April.
Responsibilities
* Support the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef in running the assigned station.
* Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
* Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
* Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
* Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Qualifications

* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
