Page Personnel Key responsibilities include: - Implementing marketing strategies and contributing to technical and promotional materials. - Supporting the Sales Force in achieving targets through specialist product promotion and customer training (workshops, presentations, in‑service sessions). - Managing product samples and gathering related feedback. - Training customers and supporting technical updates for the Sales Force to ensure proper use of disposable devices and equipment. - Monitoring market and competitor trends and sharing insights internally. - Contributing to market research, product launches, and field feedback for product improvement. - Managing assigned equipment, including installation documentation, testing, maintenance coordination, and handling malfunction reports. - Supporting Quality and Regulatory Affairs with product conformity issues and incident investigations. - Collaborating with Marketing on relationships with key opinion leaders and participating in scientific events and congresses. - Preparing technical documents for tenders and participating in technical discussions when required. - Producing regular activity reports and maintaining ongoing technical training. - Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing Science; - experience of 2 to 3 years in the medical device sector; - knowledge of the English language; - knowledge of Office suite; - good organisational and communication skills; - availability to travel within the specific territory for most of the time Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of medical devices.
