Ph3About team.blue /h3pteam.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working across 22 European countries to provide its 3.5 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online. /ph3Role Overview /h3pteam.blue Italy is seeking a Sales Manager with strong analytical, strategic planning, and people leadership capabilities to lead and optimize the national commercial organization. This role will drive sales performance across multiple segments (Agencies, SMBs, Enterprise) and lead dedicated support and customer success teams, developing a customer‑centric operating model that delivers predictable and sustainable results. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Strategy Performance /h3ulliDefine and execute a data‑driven sales strategy aligned with business priorities and market trends. /liliMonitor sales results and funnels to identify growth levers and improvement areas. /liliTrack and report KPIs across sales, support, and customer success to enable data‑driven decisions. /liliEnsure alignment between sales teams and product launches, fostering cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. /li /ulh3Organization Process /h3ulliStructure the sales organization with clear roles (hunters, farmers, hybrids) and balanced account allocation. /liliEstablish an operational rhythm: pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and quarterly business reviews. /liliDrive disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. /liliStandardize the sales process using proven methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or similar). /li /ulh3People Leadership /h3ulliBuild and develop high‑performing teams through ongoing coaching and skill development. /liliRecruit, onboard, and retain top sales and support talent. /liliPromote a culture of accountability and continuous learning. /li /ulh3Customer Success Support /h3ulliOversee support and success teams to deliver excellent customer experience and retention. /liliEnsure collaboration between sales and support, balancing service quality (CSAT, FCR) with commercial goals (upsell, expansion). /liliMonitor customer health metrics and act to prevent churn. /li /ulh3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3ulliWork closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates. /liliPartner with Product to share customer insights and ensure successful launches. /liliCoordinate with Operations to guarantee CRM hygiene and data accuracy. /li /ulh3Innovation Continuous Improvement /h3ulliChampion AI and sales technology tools to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy. /liliFoster a data‑driven culture through regular performance analysis and process reviews. /liliSimplify incentive plans and align them with company goals and desired behaviours. /li /ulh3Key Metrics /h3ulliRevenue vs. Target /liliTeam Quota Attainment /liliNet Revenue Retention (NRR) /liliForecast Accuracy /liliWin Rate /liliCustomer Churn Rate /liliSupport CSAT /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience leading B2B SaaS or digital sales teams, ideally covering both Sales and Customer Success, with demonstrated leadership of complex, multi‑layered team structures. /liliStrong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach. /liliDeep knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills. /liliProficiency with CRM and modern sales tools; openness to AI‑driven innovation. /li /ulpbReports to: /b Commercial Director /ppbDirect Reports: /b Sales Team Leaders (Agencies, SMBs, Enterprise, Projects), Customer Success Support Leads /ppbRight to Work /bbr/At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
