About the Role
Based in Florence, you will be a key player in the Italian business development strategy.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle, nurture key client relationships, and help scale the business in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities :
* Drive commercial development in Italy, reporting to the Group Sales Director.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of Fashion & Luxury clients.
* Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and close high-impact deals.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor offers and ensure seamless client integration.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
* Ensure regular reporting on performance and contribute to Italian business unit growth (revenue, margin, market share).
Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager in tech, IT consulting, or software / SaaS companies.
* Strong interest in IoT, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies.
* Knowledge of the Fashion or Luxury sectors is a strong asset.
* Confident communicator with solid analytical and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English both required.
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
