* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Build coverage in the region, supporting agency efforts
* Create business cases with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for expansion
* Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
* Develop projects and report via Salesforce
* Conduct trainings for agencies and customers in Italy
* Serve as Italy's reference for BLE system training and collaboration
* Gather market intelligence and communicate with the marketing team
* Meet targets and budgets
* Manage relationships across channels and departments
