We are searching for a highly motivated Pharma Product Specialist with a strong scientific background and previous experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department.
Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a rapidly growing company with a robust product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Specialty drugs, but attitude will be the primary criterion for selection. The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible, open-minded, energetic, result-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to and grow with our company in Italy.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Area Manager's understanding of the assigned region(s) in specific therapeutic areas such as Allergology, Pneumology, Immunology, and Dermatology.
* Collaborate with the Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to develop a map of biologics-prescribing physicians in the target areas.
* Promote Celltrion products to physicians in accordance with regional guidelines.
* Map and build relationships with stakeholders impacting access and distribution of Celltrion products, including administrative personnel, pharmacists, and physicians.
* Monitor local policies and competitors' commercial actions, report findings, and suggest potential strategies.
* Accurately track activities and plans using CRM tools, in line with RBM requests.
* Present Celltrion products and their value propositions effectively, emphasizing healthcare system sustainability, using provided materials.
* Identify and support negotiations for potential commercial opportunities within the private healthcare sector.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Celltrion's code of conduct.
* Report all field activities, interactions, material distributions, and expenses appropriately.
Qualifications:
* Scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a Pharma Product Specialist.
* Experience in Allergology, Immunology, Pneumology, or Dermatology is preferred.
* Deep knowledge of regional processes and stakeholders.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented approach.
* Availability to travel over 50%, including overnight stays.
* Experience with product launches is a plus but not mandatory.
