Lo scopra qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione.br/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliDevelop and expand the European transformers business by leveraging an existing and active network of customers and decision makers within the transformer manufacturing industry /liliGenerate new opportunities and sales by activating established commercial relationships with OEMs and key players in the transformer market /liliManage the full commercial cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract closure /liliLead commercial negotiations and prepare technical and economic proposals in collaboration with internal engineering and operations teams /liliSupport technical and contractual discussions with customers and prospects /liliMaintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients across Europe /liliMonitor commercial performance and report regularly to senior management on pipeline, opportunities, and results /liliCollaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, quality, logistics) to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed /liliRepresent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings across Europe /liliContribute to market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic business development initiatives /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements: /strong /ppbr/pulliSolid experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within the transformers industry /liliDemonstrated ability to generate business through an existing network of contacts with transformer manufacturers and industry stakeholders /liliProven track record in selling technical components or assemblies for transformer applications /liliStrong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills /li xdwybme liFluent in English; additional European languages are considered a plus /liliAvailability to travel frequently across Europe /liliAbility to operate independently while coordinating with international and cross-functional teams /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and standard office tools /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLocation: /strong /ppbr/pulliItaly, preferably within reasonable reach of Northern Italy, for periodic alignment with headquarters /liliFrequent travel across Europe is required /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOffer /strong /ppbr/pulliBase salary between €60,000 and €75,000 gross per year, depending on experience /liliPerformance-based bonus linked to sales results /liliInternational exposure within a growing industrial environment /li /ul
