Restaurant Manager Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brigade service teams, ensuring smooth operations, and consistently delivering high-quality service.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Directing the daily activities of the service teams to ensure efficient service delivery
2. Maintaining positive relationships with guests and team members while maintaining a professional demeanor
3. Contribute to the development of food and beverage products/offering to drive business growth
4. Supervising departmental stock levels and requisitions to meet daily service requirements
5. Maintaining a liaison with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in Michelin restaurants or luxury hospitality industry
* Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with a third European language being beneficial
