PRIMARY FUNCTIONSThe role of Sales Specialist inside FPT organization is to support the FPT Sales Managers with the business growth, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITYAssist in preparing commercial proposals and technical documentation for clientsSupport the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-upsConduct market research and competitor analysisHelp maintain and update CRM systems and sales databasesParticipate in internal meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and logistics
REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUNDDegree (or currently pursuing Degree) in Business or Engineering or Economics, or a related fieldStrong interest in sales and the industrial/automotive sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plusAnalytical mindset and attention to details
