Technical Sales Engineer (On-board systems and Special-purpose machines)

SENSTRONIC Group is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for its SELET brand.
For over 50 years, SELET has been designing and manufacturing sensing solutions and sensors for industrial automation, serving demanding sectors such as automotive, general industry, and specialized equipment.

Mission
As a key interface between customers and engineering teams, you will play a strategic role in developing tailored solutions in complex industrial environments.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio (special machine manufacturers, integrators, industrial players)
- Identify customer needs and propose tailor‑made technical solutions (on-board systems, sensors, electronics, automation)
- Promote our solutions through high value‑added technical presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Follow projects in close collaboration with R&D, production teams, and partners
- Contribute to the development of new markets and customized solutions
- Ensure regular reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce) and track your performance
Desired profile
Education
Engineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
Experience
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in special machines, automation, or on-board systems
- Strong interest in complex solution‑based sales

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages
- Professional English (minimum B2 level)
- Additional language (French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
