They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members. /ppWe are looking for a strongRestaurant Manager /strong to join our amazing team! /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliProvide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere. /liliInterviews, coaches, trains, develops, and helps hire new dining room team members ensuring ESL dining standards are met. /liliProvides valuable input in all evaluations and disciplinary actions for dining team members. /liliCoordinates scheduling for all front of the house team members. /liliCollaborates with Executive Chef on using systems, software and computer programs to ensure compliance in operations. /liliAssists with purchasing food in Executive Chef’s absence. /liliManages POS functions through eMenu Choice software. /liliCoordinate and lead all special events, and sales marketing events and appropriately staff for these events. /liliEstablishes a connection to new residents ensuring satisfaction with meal service /liliand transitioning into the community. /liliAssists in the coordination of guest visits, special parties and family events for residents with the Executive Chef. /liliCreates a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all team members. /liliAssists with Pre-Meal stand up for all dining and kitchen team members. /liliMay perform other duties as assigned. /liliConnect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction. /liliPositive leader with the ability to lead and coach team members. /liliAbility to build positive and strong relationships with team members and residents. /liliFocused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service. /liliAble to handle multiple jobs and priorities. /liliAble to delegate and hold team members accountable in an efficient and respectful manner. /li /ululliHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED). /liliThree (3) to Five (5) years dining room or restaurant wait staff experience. /liliWorking knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food safety standards. /liliPrevious management or team leadership experience necessary. /liliStrong organization and time management skills. /liliAble to manage budgets including food, supplies, and labor. /liliAble to solve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members. /liliPrevious experience in banquets or special event planning. /liliBasic computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Office. /liliAbility to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. /li /ulpWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
