Cosmic Group’s looking for a brilliant Sales Engineer, who’s going to be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value contracts. The role combines strategic account development with field sales activities, focusing on long-term partnerships and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Management and Growth
• Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts;
• Serve as the primary sales contact for customers;
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers (engineering, procurement, management);
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across product lines (testers, managers, services).
2. Sales and Business Development
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification,proposal, negotiation,closing;
• Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets;
• Develop strategic plans for clients with clear growth actions;
• Identify and acquire new clients in target markets (IDMs, OSATs, fabless companies).
3. Market and Customer Analysis
• Understand customer roadmaps (technology, capacity, outsourcing strategy);
• Provide feedback to product management and R&D on market needs;
• Monitor the competition;
4. Internal Coordination
• Work closely with:product line managers (testers, managers, burn-in); application engineering teams
• Coordinate proposals, demos, and technical solutions.
5. Sales Execution
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial terms;
• Ensure accurate forecasting (order portfolio management, CRM updates);
• Manage bidding processes and complex contractual structures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering;
• Solid technical understanding (knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, power, or RF is a plus);
• Preferably experience in the semiconductor sector: ATE / test equipment / capital goods;
• Preferably proven experience in closing complex, high-value deals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English—minimum required level B2;
• Willingness to travel globally (30–50%).
