Suitable Background and Skills:

* A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being desirable. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
* Proficiency in English and Italian is essential, as well as familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
