Responsibilities: - Actively contribute to the definition of the Brand plans in order to develop Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference and ensure KPI’s reach; - Closely work with headquarter on projects management (defining NPD’s roadmap and new packaging to meet local needs), share last updates and trends, best practices, reports; - Develop Communication plans (social media, digital, out of home, PR plans, etc) according to the brand positioning, leading the creative and media agencies in order to increase Brand Awareness and engagement. Develop consumer activations and local sponsorship/events. Ensure consistency between global guidelines and local brands, packaging and communication initiatives. - Implement brand plans effectively and efficiently ensuring to deliver volume and expected profit growth, develop and oversee execution of marketing activities in line with brand strategies; - Trade marketing activities (in store activations, Point of sale visibility in collaboration with marketing and sales team); - Drive multiple projects to on-time delivery, including the involvement of multiple agencies & cross-functional stakeholders; - Track and evaluate brands performance and health through quantitative analysis (IRI data/sell in analysis, GFK data analysis); - Budget control and monitoring of the marketing expenses according to approved brand plans. Requirements: - Fluent in English; - A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, in FMCG. Strong Marketing fundamentals built in FMCG, preferably Food & Beverage; - Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies across multiple consumer touch points; - Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations, combined with a creative mindset; - Forward thinking & ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives; - Proactive and positive approach, good teamplayer in multi cultural teams; - Excellent communication & presentation skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization; - Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills, good adaptation to change & flexibility.
