Job Description
As a Commis de Rang at Auberge Collection, you will support the service team in providing flawless dining operations and enhancing guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist servers in delivering beverages and refilling drinks to maintain a seamless dining experience.
* Respond to guest requests and inquiries, providing thoughtful assistance for comfort and satisfaction.
* Prepare and clear tables efficiently, arranging utensils, plates, and glassware with precision.
* Remove used items promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.
* Collaborate closely with servers and restaurant staff to coordinate smooth service.
* Communicate guest feedback and requests effectively to support team service standards.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces.
* Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Commis de Rang highly recommended.
* Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Italian.
* Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
Availability
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
