Wenham Carter is supporting a fast-growing, innovation-led technology company specializing in advanced condition monitoring and asset health diagnostics for high-voltage power infrastructure .

The company delivers cutting-edge solutions across:

* Partial Discharge (PD) monitoring for Gas Insulated Substations (GIS), AIS, cables, transformers, and rotating machines
* Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) for transformer condition assessment
* Continuous online asset monitoring systems
* Advanced grid diagnostics and predictive analytics platforms
* High-frequency sensors, intelligent edge devices, and centralized data platforms

Their solutions enable utilities, transmission system operators, power generators, and industrial asset owners to transition from reactive maintenance to predictive, data-driven asset management.

With strong R&D investment and an expanding global footprint, the company is entering a high-growth phase across Southern Europe and is seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to drive regional expansion.

We are looking for a true hunter sales professional with deep domain knowledge in high-voltage asset monitoring to build and scale the Southern European market.

This is not an account management role. This is a market-building, revenue-generating position for someone who:

* Has an established network across utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and service providers
* Understands the technical and commercial drivers behind substation and rotating asset monitoring
* Is motivated by high earning potential and performance-based rewards
* Thrives in agile, growth-oriented environments

You will have autonomy, strong technical support, and a highly competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Southern Europe
* Drive new business acquisition across utilities, IPPs, industrial operators, and service providers
* Lead complex technical sales cycles involving:
* Partial Discharge monitoring in GIS environments
* PD detection for rotating machines (generators and motors)
* Transformer monitoring using Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA)
* Integrated grid and substation monitoring platforms
* Build relationships with asset managers, substation engineers, reliability teams, and procurement stakeholders
* Position the company as a premium technology partner for grid reliability and predictive maintenance
* Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → close
* Represent the company at industry events and technical forums

Required Experience (Essential)

* Proven experience selling:
* Partial Discharge monitoring solutions within GIS
* PD monitoring for rotating machines
* Transformer monitoring including DGA systems
* Substation or grid condition monitoring technologies
* Strong understanding of high-voltage substations and asset health diagnostics
* Familiarity with utility asset management strategies and reliability programs

Commercial Profile

* 5–10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within the power transmission, generation, or HV equipment space
* Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
* Existing contact book across Southern European utilities and large industrial asset owners
* Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
* Ability to engage both engineering and executive-level stakeholders
