We are looking for an outstanding and highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team.Main duties and responsibilitiesDirects the service teams daily to ensure smooth operations, excellence, and guest satisfaction.Develops positive relations with guests and team members, maintaining professionalism and service focus.Contributes to the development of food beverage offerings to ensure continuous improvement and success.Plans, directs, and coordinates all departmental activities, working closely with FB management.Maintains liaison with the kitchen team to ensure harmony between culinary and service teams.Supervises stock management and requisitions for food beverage supplies.Monitors wine and beverage stocks, conducting regular checks.Oversees daily operations of the department, including on-the-job training for staff.Ensures systems are in place to control costs and achieve revenue and profit targets.Organizes staff schedules and supervises team performance.Conducts regular communication with the brigade through meetings and briefings.Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in back-of-house areas.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Michelin restaurants or luxury hospitality.Hospitality degree or equivalent is appreciated.Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third European language is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Grooming standards and professional appearance.BenefitsLong-term full-time contract in accordance with CCNL.Meals, uniforms, and laundry provided.Continuous training and development opportunities.Discounts on resort activities and services.Accommodation with Wi-Fi may be available upon request.This position is based in Tuscany, Italy, and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
