Senior Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle.
Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers.
- Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP.
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements.
- Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications.
- Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
- Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI-based tools).
