Global technology company supplying systems for Automotive. Responsibilities: - Lead acquisition projects with strategic importance and coordinate work on RFQ packages with all relevant departments involved; - Evaluate new market / customer opportunities; - Act as main interface for customer during each acquisition project; - Lead a cross functional team consisting of R&D, controlling, purchasing, industrial engineering, system partner, quality, etc to ensure sales goals are achieved; - Develop, align and maintain the acquisition strategy, roadmap and sales plan for acquisition projects for Motorcycle customers and/or markets following the Engineering planning cycle; - Responsible for tracking the acquisition roadmap; - Establish sales forecasts, evaluate competition, develop pricing strategy, and evaluate market share/growth; - Regular internal reporting. Requirements: - Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Business Administration/Mechanical Engineering; - Proven experience in Sales role; - 8 years advanced experience in Motorbike Business (High passion for Motorbike); - Proven organizational and project management skills; - Exceptional social & communication skills; - High intrinsic team approach - Proven knowledge and ability in negotiation, and conflict management skills with a high level of initiative/drive; - Strong personality with leadership attitude.
