Main Responsibilities
Define and guide the implementation of the commercial strategy to achieve the company's sales and profitability objectives
Supervise and lead the commercial team, assigning responsibilities, setting objectives and monitoring individual and group performance
Conduct market analyzes to identify new business opportunities and develop plans for entry into new market segments
Conduct commercial negotiations both independently and alongside the sales force
Implement commercial performance monitoring systems and develop key metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production and finance, to ensure effective synergy in the business approach
Provide ongoing training to the commercial team to ensure skill growth and performance maximization
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
Consolidated experience (at least ten years) in commercial leadership roles gained in companies operating in the multi-channel Food & Beverage sector
In-depth knowledge of sales and market dynamics in Italy and abroad
Established habit of leading and motivating a high-performance commercial team
Fluent knowledge of English, French is appreciated (other languages will be considered a plus)
Availability to travel frequently in Italy and abroad
Preferential/Nice to have
Culture at Degree level
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Results orientation and ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
