Role Overview
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads.
* Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies.
* Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
* Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
* Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets.
Requirements
* Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.
* Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification.
* Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a results‑driven proactive mindset.
What We Offer
* Full‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).
* Hybrid work model based in Sofia.
* Gross monthly salary: 3 300 BGN plus bonus benefits.
* Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2 000 BGN.
