As an ISV Account Manager you will help drive the growth and shape the future of AWS’s ISV ecosystem. Your responsibilities include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts, engaging at the CXO level and with software developers and IT architects, and consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets.
Responsibilities
* Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
* Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan.
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
* Accelerate customer adoption of AWS solutions.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
* Manage contract negotiations.
* Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
* 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
* Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology deals.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with AWS and technology‑as‑a‑service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
* Experience working within a high‑growth technology company.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is CAD 123,600.00–206,300.00 annually. Total compensation may include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
