DUTIES The Sales Administration & Trade Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper management of customer contracts, including invoicing, cash collection, and bonding activities. JOB ENVIRONMENT Reporting to the CFO, the manager coordinates one resource reporting to him/her and works closely with the CBU Business Control Managers and Project Managers. The role involves interactions with other finance professionals, including those in Italy (General Accounting; Cost Control & Reporting), within the Group (Sister Companies Finance Teams; Thales Shared Service Center), banks, and insurance companies. MAIN ACTIVITIES In compliance with group rules and procedures, the Sales Administration & Trade Finance Manager: Manages daily customer invoicing to ensure timely and quality processing; Handles bonds towards customers (Bid bonds, Advances, Performance bonds) by interfacing with banks and insurance companies; Reconciles cash inflows with accounts receivable weekly; Supervises the assessment of contractual terms during the bid process, focusing on invoicing and payment milestones; In foreign bids, assesses the best contractual structure from a financial and fiscal perspective; Ensures adherence to Group rules and processes on customer contract management and bids. POSITION REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS Requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Fluent in Italian and English. Holds a degree in Economics with good knowledge of Incoterms and fiscal topics related to customer contracts. J-18808-Ljbffr
