PpResponsible for managing and growing sales through assigned distributors across Europe, with a strong focus on expanding business in non-automotive markets. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact for the assigned account across Europe, be the Voice of the Customer within Aptiv, ensuring customer needs are represented and addressed. /li liWork closely within and with the Aptiv organization to promote CS products through assigned distributors. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributor stakeholders to ensure alignment on growth objectives, create a proper network up to executive levels. /li liDevelop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and penetration. /li liDrive revenue growth also in non-automotive segments in line with team goals. /li liSupport creation of annual sales plans and forecasts, aligned with Aptiv defined KPIs. /li liMonitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed. /li liSupport pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies and margin objectives. /li liTrack sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. /li liPrepare regular reports and present insights to management. /li liWork closely with all Aptiv departments (marketing, operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to achieve operational and strategic objectives. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liProven experience in sales/account management within the electronic connector industry. /li liStrong understanding of distribution channel dynamics and European market landscape. /li liAbility to develop strategic relationships and influence at multiple levels. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. /li liFluent in Italian English, German as optional. /li liWillingness to travel across Europe as required. /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 ul liYou can grow at Aptiv.
