We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. /ppbr / /ppSHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US /ppbr / /ppWe offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as an: /ppbr / /ppstrongEngagement Manager - Energy/Oil Gas domain /strong /ppLocation: Florence (hybrid with onsite and remote options) /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pp - Manage account-specific PL to ensure sound client relations and drive aspirational goals for account growth /pp - Create an engine to continuously seed ideas, develop solutions and structure deals to generate disruptive outcomes for clients and Quest Global. /pp - Manage relationships with client’s technology organization and various critical stakeholders to ensure driving of trusted partnerships /pp - Responsible for growth of assigned account, driving revenue and margin growth by serving as the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. /pp - Ideate and innovate with delivery partners to routinely generate business opportunities, by selling concepts/ideas to the client and influencing the client to win contracts based on demonstrated capability and past performance. /pp - Conduct proactive research, map the accounts and competitors, as well as deliver client presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations towards win-win outcomes /pp - Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to proactively manage risks and ensure utmost quality and flawless delivery of agreed upon services /pp - Demonstrate organized account management principles on a daily basis: Build an Account Plan develop new relationships, main current, articulate solutions with clarity and follow-through with routine governance. Serve as a trusted partner for client and manage account with full transparency /pp - Manage pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement while ensuring account profitability /pp - Cross-collaborate within the organization, develop internal and external partnerships and provide necessary input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors /pp - Stay abreast with changing landscape of technologies, demonstrate continuous learning, understand energy industry landscape and continuously re-invent account to drive service offerings relevant to client’s needs at any given time. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongWork Experience /strong /ppstrongDesired Work Experience /strong /ppbr / /pulli10+ yrs of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. /liliExperience managing business of $5 - $10 Million account /liliKnowledge and experience working in Energy (Oil and Gas, and Power Generation) Industry with strong industry relations with senior and technical managers in oil and gas service companies /liliStrong foundation / experience in engineering services sales and business development and a solid understanding of product development process /liliHands-on experience with proposal creation, leading campaign cross functional teams and leading proposal presentations. /liliStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills /liliExperience managing complex sales process and highly consultative selling in campaigns /liliEffective in sales presentations to executive management and key stakeholders /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business proposals /liliUsing customer relationship management software to track and manage campaigns /liliExperience in working with a global delivery model and working with geographically dispersed solution teams /liliStrong business acumen with end to end sales/delivery/transition experience and ability to provide high level solutions to customer requirements /liliStrong commercial skills and experience including selling process, negotiating, pricing, costing, discount structures, terms and conditions, sales strategy development, execution and sales proposal development. /liliAbility to forge relationships and build trust both within and external to organization /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree – Engineering.
