We are looking for a motivated Front Office Agent to join our pre-opening team.Legga la panoramica di questa possibilità per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.The role will report to the Front Office Manager.Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.Key responsibilities:Welcome and complete the check-in process for all arrival guests in a professional manner, as well as check-out process for departure guests.Perform Front Office operations in line with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring high levels of service all the timesMake Guests feel at home away from homeStaying one step ahead of our Guests' needs, anticipating requests and offering tailored recommendationsCommunicate all relevant Guests' activities to appropriate team membersEnsure all Guest communications and requests are processed correctly and promptlyComplete the End of Day processes and all relevant day closure accounting checksComplete room assignments based on guest profiles (VIPs, repeating guests, World of Hyatt members, special needs, etc.)Supporting the Front Office Leaders in Guests or departmental requests, inquiries, complaints, and/or suggestions, as necessary.responsible for providing consistent cover for the Night Manager's days off.Skills and requirements:Preferred working experience with similar roles in lifestyles hotels.Strong understanding of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and night audit processes.Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administ
