At Arduino, we’re looking for a Robotics Product Manager to lead the evolution of our robotics platforms—including mobile robots, robotic arms, sensor and actuator ecosystems, and learning kits—designed to support real‑world exploration, hands‑on education, and advanced prototyping. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, research, and business teams to define and deliver robotics products that truly matter. From early concept validation to launch and continuous improvement, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle with a strong focus on user needs, technical robustness, integrated hardware‑software experiences, and business impact. This position will be based at our operational headquarters in Turin, Italy. /p h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. /li li4+ years of Product Management or related work experience. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA challenging career path in a rapidly growing company with a modern vision and talented teams. /li liA competitive salary and benefits that value your skills and experience. /li liA young and inspiring work environment that celebrates diversity and cultural exchange. /li liIndividual growth objectives supported by a dedicated learning and training budget. /li liFlexible working hours and locations—we value work–life balance! /li liA meaningful role in a mission‑driven company committed to empowering people worldwide. /li /ul h3And if you live near one of our offices… /h3 ul liPing pong and football tournaments (plus sport/gym benefits for everyone!) /li liSeasonal celebrations, happy hours, and everyday drinks snacks /li liSunny rooftop lunch breaks and hammocks for relaxation or focused work /li /ul h3Shape the Vision /h3 ul liDefine and manage the roadmap for robotics platforms across Education, Maker, and Professional markets. /li liIdentify new robotics opportunities through market research, user insights, and competitive analysis. /li liTranslate ideas into clear product strategies that align with Arduino’s mission and the evolving robotics ecosystem. /li /ul h3Drive Development /h3 ul liCollaborate with hardware, embedded, and software engineering teams to define functional and technical requirements. /li liOversee mechanical, electrical, and firmware development, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and timeline targets. /li liCoordinate with supply chain and operations throughout prototyping, pre‑series builds, and production ramp‑up. /li liEnsure documentation, safety, and compliance standards relevant to robotics (including mechatronics and motion systems). /li liPartner with content and support teams to produce tutorials, example projects, classroom resources, and getting‑started guides. /li /ul h3Prepare for Go‑to‑Market and Launch /h3 ul liDesign and lead validation cycles, including field testing, pilot programs, and educator beta groups. /li liCollaborate with marketing and sales to define product messaging, materials, and training. /li liContribute to pricing, positioning, and segmentation strategies for robotics products. /li liAlign teams across the company to ensure smooth and successful product rollout. /li /ul h3Own the Lifecycle /h3 ul liTrack product performance using KPIs, user feedback, usage analytics, and community insights. /li liIdentify opportunities for enhancements, revisions, and long‑term product evolution. /li liSupport lifecycle decisions including margin reviews, pricing updates, and end‑of‑life planning. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within robotics, embedded systems, or mechatronics. /li liStrong technical background with an understanding of robotics development—including motors, motion control, sensing, simulation, and firmware. /li liExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams: mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, UX, supply chain, marketing, and sales. /li liStrong grasp of full product lifecycle management: ideation, requirements, roadmap, release planning, and iteration. /li liData‑driven mindset with the ability to use user insights, experiments, and metrics to drive decisions. /li liExcellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving. /li liFluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Italian is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Preferred Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in robotics, mechatronics, computer engineering, or a related field. /li li4+ years of Product Management or related work experience. /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul liExperience with educational robotics platforms, robot kits, mobile robotics, or robotic manipulators. /li liFamiliarity with ROS/ROS2, simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Webots), or robotics middleware. /li liExperience working with open‑source hardware or software communities. /li liKnowledge of Arduino’s hardware, software, and ecosystem. /li liAbility to write or review technical content (tutorials, datasheets, guides). /liliExperience with electronic design tools (KiCad, Altium) and mechanical CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks). /li liCuriosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for exploring new robotics domains. /li /ul pIf you're excited about this role or our company but your background doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
