Ph3Job Purpose /h3pbThe Senior Marketing Manager NEM (New markets) /b is responsible for leading an integrated marketing governance for New Markets, ensuring alignment between global strategic direction and regional execution. He/She acts as a key interface between global headquarter, regional teams and external partners as well as the reference point between the NEM team based in Italy and the main business stakeholders (Executive Director Global Sales NEM, General Manager MSC Crociere, HR etc.). /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliStrategic Governance Planning – Lead annual integrated marketing planning cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term brand strategy. /liliBrand Stewardship – Act as guardian of brand equity, ensuring consistency and compliance with global guidelines across all regional initiatives. /liliAgency Partner Governance – Oversee agency relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, performance accountability, and effective resource utilization. /liliMarketing Performance Oversight – Monitor high-level KPIs and business outcomes, providing strategic direction and recommendations to senior leadership. /liliBudget Governance – Oversee marketing investment planning and financial stewardship, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with corporate priorities. /liliMarket Business Insights – Provide strategic perspective on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to support executive decision-making. /liliExecutive Communication – Prepare and deliver senior-level presentations, aligning stakeholders around priorities, performance, and future roadmap. /liliLeadership – Coordinate internal stakeholders, global centres of excellence, and regional teams to ensure cohesive execution and decision-making. Acts as an interface between the cross-function NEM team at MSC Crociere SpA and the main stakeholders in Naples and in Geneva office. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in marketing leadership roles within international organizations. /liliExperience in travel, hospitality, or global consumer brands is considered a strong advantage. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills in English.
